Keeping records private
In Ontario, clinics are responsible for protecting personal health information under PHIPA. Pack records in lidded crates, seal and number them, keep a list, and have someone from the clinic present when they are loaded and unloaded.

Starting prices in CAD before tax, based on typical Toronto and GTA market rates. The final price depends on volume, floors and elevators, distance, timing and building rules, and is confirmed in your written quote.
Evening, overnight and weekend work: typically 20 to 40% above the weekday labour rate.

Can you move a clinic over a weekend?
Usually, yes. Close Friday afternoon and see patients again on Monday. See after-hours moves.
Do you move lab or pharmacy items?
Tell us what they are in the quote form. Hazardous materials and controlled substances follow special rules and may need a specialised carrier.
