Planning
How far ahead should we book?
Three to six months for larger offices; a few weeks for a small office or store. See the office moving checklist.
Do you do a walkthrough?
Yes, in person or by video, for most moves beyond a few workstations.
Who books the elevators and docks?
We coordinate the times with both buildings; your property manager may need you to submit the request.
Do we need a street permit for the truck?
Sometimes. It depends on the city and where the truck parks. See your city on the locations page.

What does a commercial move cost?
Hourly crews start from $150 per hour, small offices from about $1,500. See pricing.
Are after-hours moves more expensive?
