Office furniture removal and disposal
Most leases require the space to be handed back empty. We remove what you are not taking and send as much as possible to donation, resale or recycling.

What we clear out
Furniture
Desks, chairs, workstations, boardroom tables, shelving and filing cabinets.
Electronics
Old computers, monitors and printers sent to an electronics recycler. Wipe or remove drives before they leave.
Everything else
Kitchen appliances, signage, carpets, partitions and general waste from the old space.
Donation and recycling first
Usable furniture can often go to charities, schools or resellers. What cannot be reused is separated for metal, wood and electronics recycling where facilities exist. Landfill is the last option.
Disposal and recycling fees charged by facilities are passed on at cost and listed in your quote.

Removal questions
Can removal happen right after the move?
Yes. Many offices clear the old space right after the move so it can be handed back to the landlord.
What about confidential files?
Use a document shredding service for confidential paper. We can move sealed shredding bins as part of the job.
